Great Experience. Great Vehicle We had a great experience with Todd. He was courteous and helpful. When it started to sprinkle he took a vehicle and drove us around so I could cont We had a great experience with Todd. He was courteous and helpful. When it started to sprinkle he took a vehicle and drove us around so I could continue to look but not have to stand out in the rain. I didn't really know what kind of vehicle I wanted, but Todd was very patient, and helped us find a vehicle that I wanted very quickly. He was not pushy, and the price was incredible. Everyone that we interacted with was very friendly, and they even fed our family lunch! The next day he called and checked on us, and asked if we had any more questions, and wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He has gone above and beyond. I was impressed with the vehicle warranty that Honda offers as well. Thank you for a great experience. More

Misleading ** "Click here for our best price" After clicking on "Click here for our best price" on the website and thinking it was a great price, my husband and my son went to test drive the vehic After clicking on "Click here for our best price" on the website and thinking it was a great price, my husband and my son went to test drive the vehicle. When they asked for the price, it was $3,000 more than what we expected. The salesman said it clearly states that the dealer add-ons are not included in the price sent, the price sent was not an actual quote, an 'out-the-door' quote was never requested, and that I should have known that it would cost more as this is a common practice for car sales. The email reply to "click here for our best price" also says that "your best price above is valid for 48 hours after receiving this email." To me, that is a quote. I read the disclaimer, but never imagined that there would be $3000 in add-ons. I asked that they find a car without the add-ons, and they said they don't sell them without the add-ons. If it is impossible to buy the car without the add-ons, shouldn't it be included in the price sent, or in a follow-up email? They said they only have half of a staff today and the salesman that would have seen this wasn't in today. If there are sales leads, I would assume that someone would follow-up, especially on a weekend. To me, the price sent was very misleading. I thought the car would be $21,275 (the price emailed) plus tax, $184 and $899 dealer service fee totaling $23,858..and hoping some of that could be negotiated down. Instead, the first price given in the dealership was $27,117 and the second was $26,452. The "**" is clearly used to get a customer in the door, not send an accurate price, and tell a customer they should have known better. **I will never fall for this again! **I know better now! More

In the beginning there was a little glitch, but when I explained the problem to Mr. Vislasky (the big boss), he assured me that it would be resolved to my satisfaction and I would be very happy with the outcome.
