Customer service at its best! I have worked for my company for 23 yrs and I have been in several position with the company. I always go above and beyond for my internal and extern I have worked for my company for 23 yrs and I have been in several position with the company. I always go above and beyond for my internal and external customers which separates me from most of my competition. The experience I had after walking into the dealership for the first time last week was excellent. I just happen to meet a customer of Branhaven's I hired several years ago who since retired from our company. He told me that he purchase 3 cars from Johnathan and he is very good.I met Jonathan my salesman last week and I told him I was at least 6 months away from the purchase. He is a very well put together young man with passion for his job and a drive to succeed. Since I am not an impulse buyer I went home and discussed it with my wife and explained how I met a great kid today and he reminded me of myself several years ago. That being said my wife and I went back on Saturday to look at the Truck. Jonathan was not expecting me because I told him I would not make any decisions for six months and he should touch base with me then. He came right over and remembered me and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Obviously the goal for them is to sell cars but they do not push you into feeling as if you wished you never pulled in the driveway. He took the time to show my wife the truck and took us for a ride. When we got back to the dealership I once again left to gather my thoughts with no pressure but an understanding that there was some interest on both sides. Several hours later I returned back to the dealer and the sales manager came up to me to introduce themselves, invited us in the office and we didn't even converse about the Truck I wanted to purchase. Now I knew why Jonathan was the worker he has become. Duncan and Carlos who are the sales managers (want you to buy a car obviously or they would not keep their jobs) want to make sure you are making the correct decision so you are placed in the correct vehicle. After taking in the whole experience I purchased a Dodge 1500 Limited with the 3.0 Diesel motor, This truck was driven by the sales manager Duncan prior to the purchase. He called me just a few hours later at 9:00pm to ask me how did I enjoy the ride home and was I happy with the vehicle, that said a lot about him. He is a guy that works many hours in a week and probably just got home but took the time to make the call. It is roughly 5 days since I stepped foot in Branhaven for the first time but my experience has been very good. I am not an easy guy to please and this is the first time in my 49 years that I moved forward before the time I allotted in my mind. Obviously it will be important to see how they handle a situation if I even have one down the road. I would tell you that if you are looking for a car you should go to Branhaven you will not be disappointed. I would even say that any dealer should go to Branhaven so they can learn how a customer wants to be handled. Oh yeah, the coffee wasn't bad either! More

Well worth the 885 Mile Drive.. I found a used Mini Cooper at Branhaven Motors on Cars.com, The dealership was about 440 miles away . I emailed them to see if the Mini was still for I found a used Mini Cooper at Branhaven Motors on Cars.com, The dealership was about 440 miles away . I emailed them to see if the Mini was still for sale, the next day I received a Call from Jamie in sales, she was very friendly and stated that the car was still available and Answered all my questions, I told her I was from Buffalo and was really interested but couldn't Get there to test drive it until Saturday. She suggested that I put a refundable deposit down Over the phone if I was that interested so they could hold the car for me. I agreed and did so. We made our trip to the dealership early Saturday morning. Upon arrival we spoke with John Sullo And Eric in sales as well, we were told that someone else had come in the dealership and wanted the Mini Cooper very badly during the week and was trying to make a deal on it. They told the Individual that we had placed a deposit on it before he saw it and have to honor us as having The first chance to buy the car..... What an honorable dealership, they could have easily have Sold the car out fro under us, but kept their word. We had a perfect experience with Brandon in The Finance department as well, definitely the easiest and best car buying experience I have Ever had. They even had our name on a sign when we walked into the Dealership congratulating us. They also printed out mapquest directions for us to get home a better way and directed us to an awesome pizzeria for lunch. All I can say is Top Notch.... Also I asked the dealership register the vehicle for us, we had the plates and registration in less than a week in the mail. Thank you again, Jamie, John, Eric, Brandon & Paula. More

DONT BUY FROM BRANHAVEN! They sold me a 2008 Subaru STI and put extra thick oil in my motor to prevent the knocking to be heard. Driving home from an oil change my bar broke down. It had spun a bearing and and put extra thick oil in my motor to prevent the knocking to be heard. Driving home from an oil change my bar broke down. It had spun a bearing and would cost me at least $4000 to fix. When I called Chad Allison was extremely rude. After hearing about what happened he stated "Well sorry if this sounds rude but that has nothing to do with us, theres nothing we can do. Its been less than 7 weeks that I purchased the car and paid $25K for it and theres nothing they can do. Then trying to find someone else to blame they stated it was my fault for changing the oil myself (Subaru oil and filter were used). Chad then called me a LIAR and was aggressive and wouldnt let me speak. I have the recording for every conversation I had with Branshaven and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY HERE! I dont wish this on my worse enemy! It has now been 7 days that they towed my car after me having to beg them for help and no kind of update has been made. When I call in I get told that no one is in. I now have to take a train and bus to work and I am at risk of losing my job. This has been the worse customer service Ive experienced in my life. More

Every car on the lot had an excellent Carfax at the best price I could find. (Even when compared to other cars with questionable driving histories.) We LOVED the experience so much when we purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee that we went back a week later for a second-totally unplanned and unexpected but we couldn't resist. Brandon Campbell made all of the paperwork so seamless and entertained our 18 month old so well that we've considered purchasing a third vehicle just for the babysitting. Don't be shy when your there, ask to use the loud speaker and feel free to heckle Mr. "Chicky" Sullo. Amazing group of men and clean family oriented dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the buying process. We came in Saturday morning to get my old Durango apprised, and were told to come back at 4:30pm to finalize the deal. Everything was going smooth and easy, then we waited 2 hours to be helped by Brandon in Financing. My recommendation would be to have more office/finance people available during your busiest days/hours. We were told because it was Saturday they were very busy. Also, because it was Saturday, the insurance would not be changed from our old car to new car until Monday. By Wednesday, when it still wasn't done, we called insurance company ourselves. Asked sales associate Jonathan about some concerns we had with new Durango when we got home and he said he would check with the service people on Monday and today is Thursday and have had no response. It seams that once the vehicle is out the door their work is done! More
