Ryan and John Sullo worked with me on the negotiation and the final sales. Jonathan worked with me on the financing and final paperwork. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure I was getting into the exact car I wanted and needed and that I understood every step that was taken. They made sure I knew what was on every document I signed and walked me through the entire process carefully so that nothing was missed. Everything was done in a timely manner. They had to factory order my vehicle, and even then the wait time for it was cut in half! They were even able to speed up the shipping time for me. I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle and the service provided for me. Everyone involved worked very hard to make sure my payments were where they needed to be and they put in so much of their time and efforts into making this process as simple and stress free as possible. I'd recommend this dealer to everyone. The atmosphere is so comfortable and the staff are amazing people. Definitely go see them if you're looking for Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge or Ram products. Even if you're looking for a different type of vehicle, their used car selection has other makes as well. You'll definitely catch a great deal! More

I wrote to the dealership to explain my displeasure and received a respond from the used car sales manager John Sullo. Mr. Sullo not only worked to restore the image of the dealership, but he also went above and beyond to ensure all my concerns and needs were met. After addressing my concerns, Mr. Sullo set me up with the sale representative named Bill Larson. Bill was not only knowledgeable, but also professional and willing to address any questions i may have. I would recommend this dealership to any who asked my opinion, as well as, recommend all business be conducted with Mr. Larson or Mr. Sullo. John S. was very helpful and pleasant as if he knew me for yrs. Then Brandon came in on his day off to also help me out. By Friday am I was cruising in my new truck. Was shown exactly what type of truck we were looking for and were not pressured to look at other vehicles. We wanted a certain color and they had a great selection of cars on the lot. Never was rushed or pushed to make a decision. Brandon G. even pleased my hard to please husband. We traded in a car and literary didnt have to do anything but drive it in. They handled everything for us. They even had free snacks and a comfy tv room to keep you busy while waiting for your car. And the best part for me is the free car washes while u own your car. As I mentioned I visited the shop a couple of times before the purchase and each time was great. All the employees always made me comfortable and greeted us with a smile. Also before we made our decision I called the shop about 15 times with questions or concerns, the receptionist and my salesman Brandon G. was excellent. Always speaking to me as if I only called once. More

Branhaven offered the best price around, so I drove 75 miles from my home, passing about five other RAM dealers on my way. Bill Larson is a great salesman, because he isn't selling anything. He's listening to what you want, and he works to get you into that vehicle and strike a deal that is fair for both you and the dealership. He took the time to walk me around the entire facility, introducing me to the staff in the various departments, including Brandon Campbell that moved us through the necessary paperwork efficiently and professionally. I've never liked dealerships in my life, and I have to say, Branhaven Motors and it's staff changed my mind on that one. I stand corrected. :) More
