Their state of the art customer service area offers many charging docks for electronics, complimentary snacks, waters, vending machines and a kiddy room that has a video camera so you can relax outside the kids’ room and watch them play, One side of the serve area is glass so you can watch them service your car if your interested. I don’t dread taking my family with me to have service done. Their up-to-date on recalls and tell you what maintenance you might need in the near future. They send coupons for oil services, tire rotation, etc. Lance Ganskey and Callie Zimmerman are a total asset to this dealership. They’re both knowledgeable and professional; while personable at the same time. I recommended a friend to go see them and she also walked out with a new Kia.
