I was bracing for a tough sell approach, but instead found a friendly and knowledgeable sales person that made my buying experience a memorable one. Byron made sure my every concern was addressed and in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his answers. I love my 2015 Kia Optima and look forward to returning to Jenkins Kia for any service to my vehicle going forward. My entire transaction took maybe 3 hours. The car was detailed and pre-certified and even brought to my home by Byron! How nice was that! John in the accounting area was thorough and professional and prepared the documents in record time. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
