Very complete demonstration Robert Nolan took a great deal of care in showing the features of the car. It might not seem like much but it is. I have been in other dealerships w Robert Nolan took a great deal of care in showing the features of the car. It might not seem like much but it is. I have been in other dealerships where the test drive was "here's the key". Robert, however went far beyond that. We had an extended test drive with a stop in the middle to explain many features of the car. We were on the drive/demo for close to thirty minutes, which is something that I have never experienced before. Also, he took time to help detail the car before we left with a full tank of gas. I would highly recommend Jenkins Kia and especially Robert Nolan as a true sales professional. More

"Loving my Soul"...AWESOME experience..SLAM DUNK! I had been researching the Soul for over a month and was planning on starting my journey the following day. Mom insisted I stop at Jenkins to see what I had been researching the Soul for over a month and was planning on starting my journey the following day. Mom insisted I stop at Jenkins to see what they had in stock. I was planning on purchasing used, private owner or buy here/pay here dealer. I pulled up in my 17 year old SUV, dead tired from a 12 hour shift with 2 small children and my 80 yr old Mom intent on "peaking around and leaving", but instead I was greeted with smiles and knowledge. They were persistent and made me comfortable enough to give financing a try. I not only was qualified to purchase 2015 Soul but was also given advice on further building my credit. I was very leery with the entire process but was reassured every step of the way. I didn't have to settle and hope to find a reliable car for $6000, but instead wound up with a new car that was exactly what I had only dreamed of. The salesmen, finance specialist and manager that assisted me were knowledgeable and patient. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and haven't been very satisfied with my experiences as I have been lied to on numerous occasions by buy here/pay here dealers, but feel this time "I hit gold" and am confident that buying from Jenkins was a very wise decision. Jenkins staff proved to me that not only could I qualify but that I could buy with the confidence knowing I had a REPUTABLE dealer to come back to if need be down the road. I love my new Soul and spent most of the day driving just to drive..enjoying the handling, sound system and air conditioning..something I had learned to do without for six years. Thank you all for proving to me that my hard work increasing my credit score has paid off and am now a Proud car owner. I have no doubts my brother is smiling down on me today and yelling, "You did it Vik, You DESERVE it"! Special thanks to Daniel for understanding and going above and beyond! More
