He was always accessible by phone or text and really helped me land on the right lease terms — getting me the car I wanted at a price that fit my budget. I was pleasantly surprised by the vehicle delivery process. John Van Derburgh walked me through everything and made sure I actually understood all the features before I drove off, which a lot of dealerships either rush through or skip altogether. Great experience with Finn in him showing the car choices, explaining the features, taking us for test driving, and making all the paperwork go smooth. We went 3 times to make the final decision but he didn’t put any pressure or he wasn’t overselling it. Only thing is that we could’t negotiate on the price or he didn’t throw any goodies on the top either. After the purchase he took me to show the shop floor and introduced to Doug - an awesome friendly knowledgeable mechanic who then hooked computer to check one last time. John patiently did a great job of going through all the car functions. We bought 2026 GLC 300 that had 3000 miles. Overall a good experience that all started with Finn. More
