Problem given attention and help--supported by management Yesterday I got into my 2015 Sonata Hybrid and pushed the start button, I heard a dinging sound never heard before And it would not start And the info Yesterday I got into my 2015 Sonata Hybrid and pushed the start button, I heard a dinging sound never heard before And it would not start And the information display read "key not detected." I called the service department and talked to John Wagner the Service Manager. He listened and was very patient with a befuddled customer. Asking questions he helped me determine that the probable cause of the problem was the 12V battery. I charged it up, started the car and took it in for service which was done within 2 hours. I had a problem with what I was told about the coverage for the 12V battery by my extended warranty. I talked to General Manager Mike Campobasso explaining what I was told about the 12V battery coverage when I purchased the extended warranty. He listened and explained that he thought it likely that somehow (5 years ago) I misunderstood what would be covered but as an accommodation he was willing to discount the cost to me for the new battery. I must say that I do not think there is anyway that my issue from service to payment could have been handled in any better way. Darcy Motors is a dealership of the highest quality for Sales and Service. If I could I would give them 10 stars. More

Great service I had my oil changed & everyone was so pleasant. I needed a new cabin filter & my tires rotated. The nice gentleman that took care of me helped me f I had my oil changed & everyone was so pleasant. I needed a new cabin filter & my tires rotated. The nice gentleman that took care of me helped me find a coupon. I liked the soda, chips & cookies in waiting room. Social distancing was practiced with separation of chairs.
