I was a little disappointed when the service guy told my son they don't service Genesis' any more... without even asking him what year the car was. With help from John Wagner, I was able to get my car in for a recall before the end of February. Jayson (service) was even able to move my appointment time up a few hours to accommodate a change in my sch for a recall before the end of February. I was off of work this Holiday week, so didn't schedule it, but dropped my car off and asked if they could fit it in to do the needed maintenance (left it for a day). Though busy, they were able to work it it, but dropped my car off and asked if they could fit it in to do the needed maintenance (left it for a day). Though busy, they were able to work it into their schedule. They were good about letting me know what was needed and the prices, and got the work done quickly. The guys were really great to work with, and always treated me well whenever I've had to bring my car in. Happy with the work and the effort to fit me in. More
