I switched from Napleton to .. starting with Lauren Gall's patience to Scott (Sales Mgr), Francisco (Finance), and Mike C. and to John W. (service). I switched from Napleton to Darcy for my cars now, and do not regret it. If there is one thing that is a major differentiator at Darcy, I would say it is the professional way they handle their customer's needs, and how once they give you a quote, there are no "surprises" when you get to "Finance". I went in with a question how to turn my sensor light off my dash board due to my tire pressure being low. I filled my tire with air but the light didn’t go off.
