I had to bring my car in yesterday after being there the week before. The gentleman who helped me was so nice. He was able to get my car in and back to me in about 2 hours. He even had a car for me to take week before. The gentleman who helped me was so nice. He was able to get my car in and back to me in about 2 hours. He even had a car for me to take home to get to my appointments. He was very nice, understanding and willing to help any way he can. More

I was greeted right away and my car was diagnosed in about 30 minutes. A complete repair plan and accurate estimate was given at that time. The repairs were completed in 2 hours as estimated and I was about 30 minutes. A complete repair plan and accurate estimate was given at that time. From the first time I entered this dealership in December 2010, everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and knowledgeable. I especially commend the Service Department at this dealership. John Wagner has a fine crew and he keeps them in line and they are all hardworking and very polite. Also, they have a very nice waiting area.
