Asked for a second key, was told I could purchase one on my own later, left the dealership confused about the key situation, disappointed in that as I don't feel as though that was represented well or communicated what-so-ever, feels like I'm out a few hundred bucks trying to resolve it on my own. My trade in has yet to be paid off still - beginning to get a little concerned about that. People were fine when I made it down eventually. John in finance was extremely kind and helpful. More
