Perfecto!!! Always, always expect glowing remarks regarding your service center. Unless you replace Sam then we have a problem!. Everybody are awesome! Service beyond the usual non-social connect to be had at the repair shops out in the mainstream. Yes, after the warranty prices might be better elsewhere but I appreciate taking care of me and my car now at over 100,000 miles. Love my Kia and love my guys at Wilmington Kia. More

Because of the excellent service and custome Since moving from Wilmington, I have tried another Kia dealership for my regular service and maintenance. Because of the excellent service and customer service at Coastal Kia, I was highly disappointed in the Kia dealership in my new town. I decided to make my service appointments for whenever I would be in Wilmington visiting. This last appointment for an oil change at Coastal Kia was just as I remembered. Every person I met was so friendly and welcoming. They stick to appointment times and provide reasonable expectations. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable if waiting for your vehicle. This service department is a model of how dealership service departments should be run. They truly value their customers, and it shows. More

Always amazing I am really sad...I’m sad that I have to move and this place will no longer be my place to go get my car serviced. Sam and Bob became not just my serv I am really sad...I’m sad that I have to move and this place will no longer be my place to go get my car serviced. Sam and Bob became not just my service advisors...but actual FRIENDS. That’s saying a lot for a car dealership and the service center. I will miss these guys and their exceptional service always going ABOVE and BEYOND. My car was always well taken care of and the service was always down right and they washed it for me and had it looking like it was new every time. I could go on forever, but I’ll end it and just say they are all amazing at Coastal KIA More
