Nice experience The repairs took longer than I expected. Over 2 hours. When asked if you had loaner cars were told that you had a shuttle van. Friendly reliable service Overall great service department. Sam was very nice and keep me informed about the progress while I waited. They have complimentary drinks and snacks while you wait which was very nice. They also have a shuttle which is unheard of for Saturday appointments I loved that. I drove from Jacksonville to come here because the service department is really great. All of the staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The sales department was very personable and entertaining while you waited. Pat Koballa, John Wigger and Justin Prince are doing a great job with this dealership. I will definitely be back. More

On top of it. I went in for a recall. It was really easy to make an appointment and the staff were super friendly. The waiting room was very comfortable and they ha I went in for a recall. It was really easy to make an appointment and the staff were super friendly. The waiting room was very comfortable and they had snacks and water for you. They did more than I was expecting by looking over the rest of the car as well and they did offer for me to get more done then I went in for but they weren't pushy about it. I said no not at this time and that was it. Thet even told me about another recall on my car I was unaware of. Very satisfied with my experience. More
