Coastal KIA rules! My first maintenance appointment for my 2011 Kia Soul went great. I was reminded of my appointment several times thru email. Amazing service I have used Kia service center for years. They are always friendly and very helpful. They always answer my questions and go over what’s needed and if I have used Kia service center for years. They are always friendly and very helpful. They always answer my questions and go over what’s needed and if I don’t want to have a certain service done they are never pushy. The area for waiting is always clean. More

The Best Dealership: Honesty, Integrity, Customer Service I love the Kia Dealership. I bought my car back in 2011, it is the best car I have ever owned. More than that, my initial service experience was wit I love the Kia Dealership. I bought my car back in 2011, it is the best car I have ever owned. More than that, my initial service experience was with "Scotty" back in the day (although, I actually think he was sales, but very helpful and I have always dealt with Bob Tomlin and now I have dealt with Sam. I cannot say enough about their honest, professionalism and customer service. For years I had the extreme disappointment of owning a Saturn and lived in Virginia, Tennessee and Florida because my husband was stationed in those places. From Hampton Roads to Richmond, VA, to Nashville, TN and Jacksonville, FL, they did everything in their power to "rip me off." It was a systemic problem at Saturn and let me just say, with 7 brothers, I know about cars, I have worked on cars with my brothers, so I do know when I am being scammed. I have never, ever had that experience at the Kia Dealership. They have always been right on the money about what was wrong with my car, fixed it quickly and efficiently and treat me like family every time I am there. I will probably buy two more cars in my lifetime and both will be from them. There is nothing better than finding honest people in the car dealership world because it is so very rare. I want to thank all of you for making one part of my life such an easy decision. More

Friendly atmosphere. Great customer service Routine 35k mile service. Was met by service representative-can’t remember his name! Sorry!
