Best service facility I have been extremely satisfied with the service from this facility since my first dealing with them in 2009. John Wigger is a great example of what a I have been extremely satisfied with the service from this facility since my first dealing with them in 2009. John Wigger is a great example of what a Service Manager should be. He is always available for consultation and is always fair in resolving any problems that may come up. He has a great staff working with him and I can always depend on getting any problems solved if at all possible. Besides John, I have dealt mostly with Sam and he has always been responsive to my needs. Coastal Kia management must do whatever is necessary to keep this team, under the leadership of John Wigger, together and happy with their job. More

Good service experience Customer service and satisfaction was very good. Sam and Bob are true professionals at what they do. There is a reason I get all my service done at Coastal KIA. Waiting room very clean and comfortable with fresh, good coffee, and snacks if you so choose. John Wigger always around too and does not seem to slow down. Very friendly fellow also. More

Coastal KIA rules! My first maintenance appointment for my 2011 Kia Soul went great. I was reminded of my appointment several times thru email.
