Coastal KIA is outstanding! The low pressure light popped on on my little KIA Soul. I thought that, with the changes in the weather, it would settle itself out as it has in the p The low pressure light popped on on my little KIA Soul. I thought that, with the changes in the weather, it would settle itself out as it has in the past, but it stayed on. I have arthritis in my hands and putting air in a tire at a gas station is almost impossible for me to do and very painful. I called Coastal KIA and they told me to bring it right in and they would take care of it. In 40 minutes they fixed my tire (there was a nail in it) and I was out the door even though I could see that they were very busy, that day. As always, John Wigger was very kind and professional and treated me with such great respect. I live in the xxxxxx Junction area and I could have gone somewhere close by but I preferred to drive all the way to Coastal KIA and get the job done right by people I know and trust. More

Great Service Stopped to buy a car, but sales couldn't help me. Went to service to see if they could fit me in for a full fuel flush. On my 2014 Sorento. New Kia Soul I was at Kia having my 2914 KiaSoul serviced and decided to check the new cars. Little did I know I would drive away a few hours later in a 2020 New K I was at Kia having my 2914 KiaSoul serviced and decided to check the new cars. Little did I know I would drive away a few hours later in a 2020 New Kia S. Chris offered me a try out and I fell in love. He made buying a new car easy, there was no pressure at all to buy. The new car is a Iittle bigger and I do not feel like I am riding low in it. I sit higher up and have a great view all around. The back up camera is a plus Cannot wait for a road trip to Virginia to see how she handles on open highways. Thanks for a good experience.. More
