New Kia Soul I was at Kia having my 2914 KiaSoul serviced and decided to check the new cars. Little did I know I would drive away a few hours later in a 2020 New K I was at Kia having my 2914 KiaSoul serviced and decided to check the new cars. Little did I know I would drive away a few hours later in a 2020 New Kia S. Chris offered me a try out and I fell in love. He made buying a new car easy, there was no pressure at all to buy. The new car is a Iittle bigger and I do not feel like I am riding low in it. I sit higher up and have a great view all around. The back up camera is a plus Cannot wait for a road trip to Virginia to see how she handles on open highways. Thanks for a good experience.. More

They were checking for a safety recall. They did the safety recall and updated software and checked that everything was working properly. Coastal KIA is outstanding! I've never had better service from any company in my whole life. The minute you walk in the door you're greeted by courteous and knowledgeable people. The waiting room is comfortable, clean and inviting with snacks, excellent and fresh coffee and comfortable seating. The service department is fast and extremely efficient and Bob...the courtesy driver....is an excellent driver and a pleasure to be around. I look forward to my next 5000 mile service on my KIA. It's always a very pleasant experience and my little KIA Soul is the best car I've ever owned. More
