Awewome I moved to Wilmington from Maryland where I had a friend who owned his own garage. So I never doubted my repair work he said needed to be done. Great customer service Easily one of the best places to get your vehicle serviced. I had put myself down for rotate and balance and would have been charged extra but Kia was Easily one of the best places to get your vehicle serviced. I had put myself down for rotate and balance and would have been charged extra but Kia was great about letting me know I didn’t need a rotate and balance to prevent the charge. Service was prompt and polite and they had me in and out of the service center in no time More

Fantastic service. They are always courteous and respectful of my time and budget. They keep me informed with the progress of my repairs and cost. When I entered the establishment and left the establishment they opened the door for me. Which made me feel very important. I like manners. It's always more expensive to get work done there because it's a dealership. But, they provide shuttle service and that's important because I do not have a support system in place who can help me drop off and pick up my car. When my budget allows. I prefer to use them. But, I also use less expensive establishments when I have to. Overall, I enjoy bringing my car to them. More
