First service for 2019 Sorento SXL 7k miles Moved to Wilmington area in 2016 and introduced my then 2014 Sorento SXL to the dealership for my new service dealership. I was very happy with the se Moved to Wilmington area in 2016 and introduced my then 2014 Sorento SXL to the dealership for my new service dealership. I was very happy with the service from the get go. Then in July 2018 while having the 60K mile service, the dealership was being taken over by a new owner so I walked into the showroom. In there was my exact Black SXL but a brand new 2019 version and it was love a first sight. I met the new owner Pat Koballa who explained his plans for the dealership and the new name Coastal, and I told him I was extremely happy with the past performance and looked forward to the new Coastal name and what he has in store for the dealership. That conversation changed to so IF I trade my 2014 in for this 2019, what's it going to cost me. The rest is history and I would not have done the trade if I felt the deal was not good for either of us and I dove that car out of the showroom and home that day. So my first service 6 months after purchase and 6 months into their deanship make over, I was even more happy then in the past. Pat Koballa and his sales and service teams are amazing and I am a very happy Coastal Kia customer! I rate the entire dealership A++ More

Said it would take about 90 minutes for a manufacturer update, but only took 60. I opted to wait for my car, but a courtesy car or a drop off and pick up were available. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Mechanic came in to update me on status. Once work was completed, he sat down and explained some points with me. Friendly and attentive people. Oh, and washed the exterior of my car. More

Best dealer experience ever. Bought an off lease 2015 Sorrento bout 18 months ago at a great price. Kudos to the service department ever since. After Hurricane Florence I saw my Bought an off lease 2015 Sorrento bout 18 months ago at a great price. Kudos to the service department ever since. After Hurricane Florence I saw my roof beginning to peel down to the primer. Brought it in and asked for repainting...The service department got permission for the body shop to repaint my entire roof. They even removed and replaced the windshield..What a surprise. Picked it up after a week, and the entire car was so clean, both inside and outside that it looked showroom new. What a terrific organization. Mr. Koballa shout be proud.. More
