Great people, great service I had went to another dealer prior to this and just felt like I was getting the run around. So I went here and was happy to find a salesman who knew w I had went to another dealer prior to this and just felt like I was getting the run around. So I went here and was happy to find a salesman who knew what he was doing, was willing to work with me on the things I wanted, instead of just showing me what he thought I needed. I also got to talk to the sales manager who was very nice and friendly, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! I won't go anywhere else but here again. I actually had the check engine light come on in my brand new 2019 Toyota Tacoma, less than a week after buying it. When it was figured out that the actual.computer was bad, they did everything they could to make it right, and actually switched me.over to another truck that was exactly the same as what I had purchased, so I didn't have to deal with the worry of future issues with the other truck. Again, everyone was very helpful and friendly, and couldn't have asked for better service. More

rear bumper issue The day after purchasing my 4runner, I noticed a problem with the rear bumper. It had obviously been repaired by the previous owner. The vehicle had 8700 miles on it, when I bought it, so I assumed, as the dealership had, that there should'nt be anything wrong with the paint. Well, the paint match was way off and very poorly prepped. So I contacted Mr Woody and he told me to have my local Toyota dealership get me an estimate and to email it to him. Well the repair was almost $1000 to get the vehicle right and Mr Woody, stood by his word and the dealership and mailed me a check, totaling the repair cost. I highly recommend Mr Woody and Germain Toyota. More
