Kim and Service was awesome! Made sure to listen well when I was explaining the issues I had and insured that what I wanted fixed was taken care of. She also made sure my service hours were looked at and helped with a coupon that I forgot. The tax in the shop fix the car perfectly and I drove away happy. More

Normally I give 5 stars. But this time there were a few issues. I didn't get offered a car wash, even though the lady in front of me did. I didn't get a new sticker showin But this time there were a few issues. I didn't get offered a car wash, even though the lady in front of me did. I didn't get a new sticker showing me my next oil change date and my tires didn't get checked and filled to the appropriate air levels. Plus I presented a coupon before service and still had to remind them about the coupon when checking out. More

Monica is very personable and polite, which are values I appreciate. She uses empathy and concern for my repair situation. She told me what to expect and asked if I’d like my car washed too.
