John was very friendly. he was able to not only take care of my oil change, tire rotation, but had parts for the recall on my car. My vehicle registration was also due. I was able to cross of three things of of my oil change, tire rotation, but had parts for the recall on my car. My vehicle registration was also due. They do Great Work always. The last time I was in to have some work done the attendant when he was checking me in that there was a recall on my truck that was just announced. I didn't even get the notice yet some work done the attendant when he was checking me in that there was a recall on my truck that was just announced. I didn't even get the notice yet. But as long as I was there I asked if he could have the recall completed. He told me it sometimes takes hours to complete and sometimes it has to be redone again before the Vehicle's system accepts it. He scheduled it along with my other work and I was out of there in 2 1/2 hours. I was very happy and pleased with getting it taken care of. More

Did not oversell what needed to be done. Service was good. They did miss an issue but made it right when it was pointed out. The only improvement area would more communication. I had to call dealership good. They did miss an issue but made it right when it was pointed out. The only improvement area would more communication. I had to call dealership to get updates and it seemed internal communication was limited. I'm guessing it was due to the amount of work and short staff. Even with that, it was not a big problem. My vehicle was fixed, people were friendly, and it was cost effective! Overall, a good experience! More

Oil change was good. Was quoted a certain amount due to amount of oil required in the car. Ended up service rep was wrong on the # of quarts of oil, so it costed more.
