Haven't had the vehicle for 2 weeks and it's been in for
repairs once and now second time coming up. Not too happy with the way vehicle is performing. Stuck with vehicle for 6 yrs and wanna make sure it's

We would love to be put in something else if this will be an ongoing problem. The vehicle vibrates when excelerating sitting in the back seat you can feel it more.

I've left a message I'm not bashing Grote by any means. I work from 7 to 330 but would like to talk to someone about the vehicle we've purchased. About what can be done to resolve the issues we're having. The car has to be driven around and put on a highway. Today the transmission kick hard on us and still having bad vibration on highway with steering wheel vibrating.
I will always do business with Grote.

Vanessa was very very helpful when it came to deciding if
I wanted the car or not. She wasn't pushy at all, and I felt comfortable around her as we are both women. Additionally, the inside of the dealership
I wanted the car or not. She wasn't pushy at all, and I felt comfortable around her as we are both women. Additionally, the inside of the dealership building was very cozy and personable. My husband and I were offered popcorn and water several times while we were there.
This was my first time buying a car and having to finance it, so I was a bit worried about that part. But Vanessa and one of the other financial people made all the financing easy peasy.
Now, the two things I wish I had thought about was (a) asking about spare keys or key fob, and (b) checking for the spare tire. I only got the one key and I think there is no key fob, which I'm fine with! There was also no spare tire, which will be an additional expense for me when I can buy one. But still a good experience overall.
