We visited 3 other dealerships and then Scott Clark Toyota. One other dealership was nice and vehicle was nice but over our budget. The other two cars were not clean! Did not come away with a good feeling at all. Then we visited Scott Clark Toyota. We had great luck having Johnnie Fluker as our salesman. He was very down to earth, had great knowledge and really treated us fairly! We did buy a 2019 Highlander with 15,000 miles at a very good price and the warranty that the dealership provides is really impressive. The Highlander will be my husband’s car and when I am looking to replace my car This absolutely will be the first place we go and hopefully Johnnie Fluker will be there still too! Great experience! Great experience and transparency, start to finish! First of all, it's almost impossible to get sales people to text straight, transparent information and answer questions directly without trying to get First of all, it's almost impossible to get sales people to text straight, transparent information and answer questions directly without trying to get you in the door of the dealership first. I did not have that experience here. Via emails, phone calls, and text messages, Johnnie and George answered my questions openly and honestly. This happened while I had a bunch of other sales people from dealerships in three states refusing to answer the most basic question ("What's your best price on the vehicle?") When I made the decision to buy my first NEW car, Johnnie, George, and Leudy took the time to answer every question and provided additional information that I hadn't considered (and I KNOW Toyotas - I have bought five now). They gave me a great deal and took a lot of time with me at the dealership. Even though it was busy, they made sure to keep my husband and me updated as we waited. I never felt pressured to buy the car (I did), take their financing (I did not), or purchase a warranty (I wasn't going to, but with a guaranteed refund if I don't use it, my husband convinced me it would be stupid not to). I have had experiences at other dealerships where sales and finance staff get very cold and impersonal when they find out you're not financing through them or purchasing a warranty. At the last dealership where I purchased a car, the finance guy would barely look at me as he finished my paperwork. This was not the case at Scott Clark - everyone was courteous professional, start to finish, and I could tell they take a lot of pride in what they do! More
