I was in the market for a performance based german car and the visit to MB and VW left me very dissapointed as the customer service was not there. So i came to Audi and wow they were incredible. Johnnie walked up to us and helped me find my dream car. We got to test drive the cars we liked to our satisfaction. He worked hard to get the best deal for us and we left out of there with a new car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality cars and great customer service. More

From the moment we arrived at Audi Cary we were treated great. Johnnie Richards is the nicest, but also most effective, sales person I've ever met. He was fantastic! We eventually went home with a vehicle that we are all thrilled with, and at a price that was reasonable. I also have to thank the GM, Wes Smith, who went out of his way to keep our kids entertained while we wrapped up the purchase. He even cleaned up my son's spilled drink! Then, the icing on the cake was getting a call from Johnnie the next day to tell me they had new tires for my vehicle and that they wanted me to bring it in so they could put them on! What a pleasant surprise, as I thought I would need to buy new tires soon. Obviously, from the willingness to give me a good price on my trade-in to the fact that they gave me brand new tires, they saved us quite a bit of money. Everyone we dealt with was impressive. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had by a wide margin. I recommend that everyone start here, whether you are shopping for new or used. You will not regret it! More
