Shouldn’t of been charged for diagnostic on recalled an item that was part of the voluntary service campaign; 2nd repair done in the past 3 wks. should of done diagnostic first instead of saying it was one item that was part of the voluntary service campaign; 2nd repair done in the past 3 wks. should of done diagnostic first instead of saying it was one thing to later find out it was something else that is wrong. We shouldn’t of been charged for diagnostic test if it was part of a service campaign even if expired. More
