Johnny and his team were excellent. He kept me informed, answered all my questions, and even though they didn’t have the part I needed for my brake issue, he still pointed me in the rig He kept me informed, answered all my questions, and even though they didn’t have the part I needed for my brake issue, he still pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed. I really appreciated his professionalism and helpful attitude, and I would definitely come back to work with him again. Unfortunately, my experience at the checkout counter was the complete opposite. The two women at the front desk were very cold and rude. I clearly gave them my first and last name multiple times and even spelled my last name, yet they just stared at me like I wasn’t speaking English. At one point they looked at each other and laughed, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand everyone has tough days, but that kind of behavior toward a customer is unacceptable. It completely took away from what was otherwise a great experience with Johnny and his team. I will most likely not returning. This probably doesn’t mean anything but this is my first ever review I’ve done and again. I meant the most utter respect for Johnny but not the check out counter. More
