In frustration, I reached out to General Manager Joshua Spenser who then just blew me off with NO RESPONSE. To the OWNER of MARK Kia, if this is what you get from a qualified, interested and ready customer, what do you get after you give you our hard earned money. No thanks, there are better dealers out there that value your business and treat you right. Stay away from these hack salesman left over from the 80's. More
