They are courteous and thorough. They follow up well and kept me informed for delivery of the truck we ordered. The only issue was that the bed cover didn't arrive when or before the truck. So, I had to mak kept me informed for delivery of the truck we ordered. The only issue was that the bed cover didn't arrive when or before the truck. So, I had to make an extra trip to get it out on. However, the service department was great in that installation and got me out quickly. More
