I currently had a 2006 Toyota Camry that had 167000 miles on it. I had not had any trouble with it, but due to the fact I travel alone a lot I thought it was time to trade cars. I had seen the commercials on television about the 2013 closeouts and called Glenn Toyota to ask some questions I had. I talked to Chris Stewart. He was very courteous and helpful. He gave me his number and the next day I called to make an appointment with him. When I arrived he met me at the door and had already picked out several cars he thought I would be interested in per our phone conversation. He was very good to work with. He explained how everything worked and even programed my phone into the cars system. I would highly recommend Chris. He did not pressure me in any way and I thought he worked hard to answer my questions and was very patient in closing the deal. The dealership had been remodeled since I last bought a car there. It is very pretty and well arranged. I also bought there, because I know the service manager, Johnny Case. He is also a great guy to work with. I know he will be there to take care of my service needs. I would highly recommend Glenn Toyota . This is my 4th Camry so I guess you can say I am a satisfied customer. More

Left front tire was not keeping proper pressure. Problem light came on while near this dealer. Pulled into service area. Johnny found and fixed problem and I was finished in 15 minutes! Johnny made the appointment by phone, called soon after drop off to let me know additional repairs the vehicle would need and called to let me know when the work was completed. Every time I go to Glenn Toyota for service, parts or to purchase a vehicle all staff goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with my service. I had my 2012 Toyota Camry in for 15,000 mile service. Everyone was very nice and cheerful. I had a question about the mileage number on the service sticker which they explained. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Glenn Toyota. Their service department is the best i have ever been associated with. Even if you did not purchase your car from Glenn Toyota they will take care of your service department is the best i have ever been associated with. I have been a Toyota fan for a number of years. I presently run three different Toyotas. All were purchased and only serviced through this dealership. With the friendliness and quality service tha presently run three different Toyotas. All were purchased and only serviced through this dealership.
