I currently had a 2006 Toyota Camry that had 167000 miles on it. I had not had any trouble with it, but due to the fact I travel alone a lot I thought it was time to trade cars. I had seen the commercials on television about the 2013 closeouts and called Glenn Toyota to ask some questions I had. I talked to Chris Stewart. He was very courteous and helpful. He gave me his number and the next day I called to make an appointment with him. When I arrived he met me at the door and had already picked out several cars he thought I would be interested in per our phone conversation. He was very good to work with. He explained how everything worked and even programed my phone into the cars system. I would highly recommend Chris. He did not pressure me in any way and I thought he worked hard to answer my questions and was very patient in closing the deal. The dealership had been remodeled since I last bought a car there. It is very pretty and well arranged. I also bought there, because I know the service manager, Johnny Case. He is also a great guy to work with. I know he will be there to take care of my service needs. I would highly recommend Glenn Toyota . This is my 4th Camry so I guess you can say I am a satisfied customer. More

Left front tire was not keeping proper pressure. Problem light came on while near this dealer. Pulled into service area. Johnny found and fixed problem and I was finished in 15 minutes! Every time I go to Glenn Toyota for service, parts or to purchase a vehicle all staff goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with my service.
