They routinely overbook. They'll service your car IF you can get it in. They routinely overbook; it's ridiculous. I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times before they took my car, and the service person was very apologetic that they overbooked..three days in a row! Yeah, you can leave your car, don't know when we'll get to it, and uh, no loaner available... no thank you. Just tell me when you have time to work on my car. I'll wait. It was very disorganized too. Months later, my husband made an appointment through their website with a loaner for his car to be serviced and had to wait three weeks to get an appointment with a loaner, which he was willing to do. They called him the DAY BEFORE the appointment to tell him they didn't have a loaner for him despite having a loaner confirmed by email. The service department just doesn't function correctly. They can't book so many clients for the same day. Very frustrating and it leaves a bad taste. Thinking about going to Curry for service. Maybe they actually get clients in when they say they will. Acura of Westchester never used to be like this, and we've been going there for over 15 years. More

excellent service I have been servicing my MDX here for three years. Their excellent service and professional advice keep my MDX in great condition. This dealer service I have been servicing my MDX here for three years. Their excellent service and professional advice keep my MDX in great condition. This dealer service department always puts the customer at priority. I got a nail in my MDX tire on Sunday afternoon. Johnny Lee quickly arranged repair service and it took less than one hour to fix the problem. They didn't charge me a penny.
