I'm a snow bird and back in Illinois. The person watching my house and car found my car would start. I had Lexus Roadside Assistance tow the car to this dealer. The battery was dead so he replaced the battery and also installed a trickle charger. He also arranged to have someone drive to my home in Cali and pick up my house watcher and take him to the dealer to drive my car back to my Cali home. Couldn't ask for better service. More
