I was pleased with my services up to a few months ago. The last two services I have not received a sticker on my window to indicate next oil change due date, no big deal. I asked my service rep to please make sure to be careful with my front seats as I had just removed my seat covers after getting a car detail. He said it would be fine because they use seat protectors. I picked up my car prior to close that day and when I got in and left, I noticed an oil stain on my passenger seat. Not sure why anyone was sitting there? I took a picture immediately after I noticed. Finally, I was given an estimated price for 30,000 service plus oil change for a little over $500. After comparing prices with other Honda dealers, this seems to be well over the going rate for this services. Overall, somewhat disappointed. More
