Great customer service. Overall very impressed. My car was a little delayed (tire issue) and I was a little aggressive with getting my car back. The representative was so great. He was able to address the was a little delayed (tire issue) and I was a little aggressive with getting my car back. The representative was so great. He was able to address the time, checked on the car and actually told me what’s wrong with it. They definitely have great customer service. Saw that I was a bit upset with time. Acknowledged, addressed, apologized.. even though they did everything right. Just that acknowledgement goes a very long way. Awesome job Spreen Honda! More
