Fast processing for Honda Care I came in with a cracked rim due to a road hazard. Johnny was great in letting me know that the incident was partially covered by the Honda Care Road I came in with a cracked rim due to a road hazard. Johnny let me know my options for the rim since it wasn’t covered. I sourced the rim myself and came back in for a covered tire replacement and install. No pressure to get the rim with Honda.
