Horrible! Horrible experience in every aspect from start to finish at spreen Honda Loma Linda. Poor service, horrible entry level mechanics that cant or have th Horrible experience in every aspect from start to finish at spreen Honda Loma Linda. Poor service, horrible entry level mechanics that cant or have the knowledge to diagnose properly and accurately. I left this dealership with the same problem that was reported and added issues due to improper process of elimination techniques that were performed that had nothing to do with the problem at hand. I ended up taking my vehicle to a REAL professional honda dealership (Norm Reeves Honda of west covina) that found and fixed my problem within hours and fixed it in a day, which I highly, highly recommended. I will never go to this dealership again or recommend. More

I highly recommend Spreen Honda, for both Sales & Service. I was late to my appointment due to traffic, yea that never happens, but Johnny said 'No Problem, let's get you taken care of'. Plus Johnny got me out I was late to my appointment due to traffic, yea that never happens, but Johnny said 'No Problem, let's get you taken care of'.
