Took far too long to complete the paperwork. It was easy to select my car online and see the upfront prices. I reserved my car online and decided at the dealership to go with another car. It took nearly four hours for eCarOne to get us out the door with such a simple change. We were even okay with them not detailing the car but that didn’t help. Not to sure that I would ever go back because it seemed that the sales people just jump around from customer to customer and make everyone wait. I am happy with the car and the price but not the service. More
