I went in on a Saturday at 11:00 for my appointment and test drove the escalade. I left with the vehicle at 1:00. The car was detailed and the process was easy. I did trade in my Cadillac SRX for the new Escalade. I also noticed they have more pictures of there cars posted online compared to Other dealerships. Probably because they choose only top quality cars to sale and want to show them off. More

I can tell y All the rave reviews, the most competitive prices, some of the cleanest used luxury cars available? ECar One couldn't be real right? I can tell you its all true and real! I have bought quite a few cars in the past 5-7 years and I must say ECar One has been the best experience thus-far. I should add this deal was done all from my cell phone in Houston. From the start Johnny was attentive and very responsive in getting me a quote on my trade-in. I received the best offer on my X3 (meeting or beating offers from other dealerships). The price on the 340i was the best price in the STATE... I had been shopping locally in Houston and couldn't find a car as clean, with low mileage for the price ECar One was offering. The whole process was seamless and quick. I drove up and had a final inspection conducted on my trade, then test drove the new car. We quickly went over to finance (financing already secured after submitting app online), the finance manager went over what we'd agreed to via email, I signed and was on my way (less than 10 min). I was very surprised - I wasn't pressured into buying extra stuff I didn't want/need like other dealerships attempt. The only hiccup (which is currently being addressed) was the spare key was missing/lost so they would need to order a new one and ship to me. Aside from that, I am extremely satisfied with Johnny and ECar One. I will def. look to them if/when I am in the market for another luxury vehicle! More
