Like you have to schedule an appointment to test drive a car, application completed online and etc. Buying a car is a long process so doing as much homework as you can will save you some time. I’m loving my CLA 250. However, I’m kind of surprise that a garage door opener (homelink) is not a standard feature. Also, description states it has keyless start ignition and it doesn’t. You can use the App don your mobile phone (Mercedes me) to start, cut off, lock and unlock the car but it’s very slow opening the app. Finally, I wished our salesman would have been a little more hands on explaining all the many features on the car. When we asked he was kind of passive and said look on Mercedes me app. More
