Our salesman was Jojo from Honda Cerritos, he was very friendly, and cared for what we asked for, no pushing a big sale but very patient with us. I was very satisfied with the help and attention provided when I leased the Honda Passport. My Sales Consultant JoJo Bayes was extremely helpful and made sure to answer all my questions. I was introduced to the Business Manager Murat Tiryaki who handled the lease paperwork. Murat was very helpful in explaining the terms of the lease. Please provide all info regarding repairs. Don't assume that we know what services were performed. If the car is brought in with a problem, advise what the problem was and what steps were take Don't assume that we know what services were performed. If the car is brought in with a problem, advise what the problem was and what steps were taken to correct the issue. Don't leave us guessing. THAT is annoying. We pick up our car and are handed the keys and a receipt with no additional info. I DID take the time to ask what was what, but we shouldn't have to ask. Other than that, service was pretty good. Gotta love a Helpful Honda Guy/Gal. Also, I did NOT deal with Jojo this time; however, I purchased my car from him a couple of years ago . He was great. The financier, that I dealt with after that did not explain any warranty or free services that were available to me. As a result, I missed out on on free oil changes and such, paying out of pocket to an outside repair shop. -*I read my contract and there was nothing noted either* Most of the emphasis was put on the add-ons to the contract, ie: the vehicle tracker that I do not use. The CARR or whatever... that is all. I do not recall the name of my service rep for this last transaction, also. 😊 I DID enjoy the experience of being able to get serviced at the dealer. Thank you.
