I am submitting this complaint because my fiancé and I feel we were intentionally misled during the financing process of our first vehicle purchase. We entered the dealership as first-time buyers and n feel we were intentionally misled during the financing process of our first vehicle purchase. We entered the dealership as first-time buyers and negotiated a deal we believed was within our budget. We made a $4,000 down payment and were careful about staying within a manageable financed amount. However, during the finance signing process, the dealership changed the structure of the agreement and added thousands of dollars in charges that had not been properly disclosed during negotiations. When we questioned these charges, we were told they were mandatory “bank fees” required because we had no credit history. After contacting our lender, American Credit Acceptance, we learned those statements were not true. This experience has caused us severe stress, both emotionally and financially. We trusted the dealership’s staff to guide us honestly through our first purchase, but instead feel manipulated and deceived because of our inexperience. We respectfully request an investigation into the dealership’s financing and disclosure practices and assistance in resolving this matter. More

DO NOT BUY HERE! We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this company from out of state. They informed us that the vehicle had just been shipped to anothe We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this company from out of state. They informed us that the vehicle had just been shipped to another one of their locations, but said it was still in transit and could be brought back. Based on that, they had us send over personal information including our driver’s licenses and go through a ton of information and details pertaining to the sale, and requested a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle. ONLY AFTER taking the deposit, they then told us they were unable to get the vehicle back, even though it was still in transit and they had already confirmed it wouldn’t be an issue as the transit truck would just bring it back. We had already gone through all the effort on our end and even passed on another vehicle we were considering because we believed this one was secured as that is what the deposit is for. They canceled the sale and were directed to management. Management has completely ignored us. NOT GOT BACK TO US WITH EVEN A SIGLE WORD FOR DAYS! At this point, it’s hard to understand what the purpose of a deposit is if it doesn’t actually hold the vehicle and the dealership can simply back out without any accountability after taking all our personal info and money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or you will regret it More

Hanania Acura is the best dealership I've ever visited. Latasha, my sales person, was nothing short of AWESOME. She was professional, yet courteous and very personable. She was also very knowledgeable a Latasha, my sales person, was nothing short of AWESOME. She was professional, yet courteous and very personable. She was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Bashir, the finance guy, was awesome as well although I brought my own money. The sales manager and others came over, chatted with me, and congratulated me on the purchase. My experience was excellent overall. I'd certainly recommend Hanania to anyone looking for Acura's and other high end luxury brands such as Mercedes, McClaren, BMW, and others. More

This dealership by far is one of the worst dealerships I have bought from. Worst than duval ford, and that is saying a lot. Upon buying a vehicle I agreed to purchase a car in return for some things being f have bought from. Worst than duval ford, and that is saying a lot. Upon buying a vehicle I agreed to purchase a car in return for some things being fixed. The salesman Kyle let me know that I was to contact him if I ever need anything or have any issues. Upon contacting him for the agreed issue to be fixed, he ignored me, lied to me, fabricated things I said (when I have proof) and told me things were being handled even tho that was not the case. Once I was finally able to get them to hold up their end of the contract a multitude of issues arise. First drop off…they just fixed the recalls (missing two of the issues it was even there for) I could’ve done the recalls myself. The second drop off that was suppose to be a 48 hr job (according to Kyle who isn’t truthful) turned into a week+. The issue had been repaired, but it was repaired horrendously with things warped and they bent/broke my license plate and frame. Once we spoke about the issue the salesman Kyle proceeded to talk crap and ultimately degrade us for point out every little issue….i am sorry I just spent $40,000+ on a vehicle that has come back with more issues that it originally had? I highly recommend not wasting your time with this horrendous and unprofessional dealership. There cars are nice but that does mean a thing when you end up with a more busted car than before. I will say the man in the service department Deter who has been helping us has done nothing but try to figure out the issues and keep me informed. I am grateful for him and he has done everything he could. However, the rest of the people aren’t great. More
