Love Our New Car Our 2018 Outback is three weeks old today...and we couldn't be happier with the car, the experience of buying it and the support we have received...we Our 2018 Outback is three weeks old today...and we couldn't be happier with the car, the experience of buying it and the support we have received...we met Randy Higham on a Saturday afternoon, he gave us the info we were there to ask about and he emailed us that night with quotes for both models we were looking at; after calling several other dealers, we realized we had hit the jackpot on price and local help in our own county.. .Randy never pressured us in any way, was available to meet out schedule and by Wednesday at noon, we had signed all the proper paperwork. Claire spent time with me that day to show me how the important things worked; she did it in a very easy and comfortable manner and I drove off in my gorgeous new vehicle! Wonderful Experience Absolutely no pressure. Although I was pretty sure about what I wanted, I still did not want to be pressured or hassled about it. We had been to one o Absolutely no pressure. Although I was pretty sure about what I wanted, I still did not want to be pressured or hassled about it. We had been to one other Subaru dealership (in Sacramento) and the experience there was exactly what I dread about car shopping. The crew at Shingle Springs was wonderful. It felt like we were dealing with friends. Even when we decided to purchase the Crosstrek there was no hassle about payment/financing - usually, if you are financing, the dealership wants you to go through their financing company. In fact, we were told, "We don't care how you pay for it - that's your business." That was such a relief since I have heard horror stories of being badgered about it. The sales price was lower than either of the two other dealerships I dealt with (one in person and one via internet) AND was fully loaded. They even had an employee sit with us in the car to show us how to use all the electronics and hook ups for music, maps, etc. She was so patient; I'm sorry I don't remember her name. Although we don't plan on buying another vehicle in the near future, we have told everyone who asked us about our car how great we were treated. I'm even keeping the license plate holder on to show everyone where I bought it - something I have NEVER done before! More

Hands down the best experience!!! Really! I started my experience by bringing in my daughters Subaru for service. The service staff were exceptional. As I waited, I was told I would need further service on the vehicle. I was provided with a rental car, (Subaru legacy Limited). I returned the next day and picked up my daughters car. I was so impressed with the legacy I decided to purchase one. I began by talking to them about my wishes to buy a new car and was introduced to a salesman, “Wayne”. There was NO PRESSURE! I told them I wanted to buy a new Legact Premium and was shown several to choose from. I never felt pressured and was given an extremely fair price for my trade in. You may be thinking to yourself, “this is a paid review”, nothing could be further from the truth. After buying the car I was introduced to the service folks again and given a tour of the facilities. I was impressed by everyone employed there. They were truly happy to be there. If you’re in need of a reliable and trustworthy vehicle and want to deal with honesty from the moment they say hi, then this is the place for you! After the purchase, I was introduced to Claire Barnett. She went over the vehicle completely and invited me to return for a question and answer session in two weeks. What a great employee. She was cheerful and knowledgeable. Great job! Further, Three days after buying my car, a careless individual opened their door into my new car!😳 I brought it to the dealership and the service manager immediately asked for my keys and took the car to the detailers. My car was brought back within 10 minuets with the clear coat buffed out and the CilaJet coating I had purchased, (You want this coating!) reapplied and buffed. I sincerely enjoyed my experience! I will recommend all my family and friends to Shingle Springs Subaru. Bill Turnbull More

My wife is very happy with her Subaru Impreza Sport What can I say, my wife has been using Shingle Springs Subaru's Service department for her Legacy GT. We used an independent mechanic prier to bringing the Legacy GT to Shingle Springs Subaru and it was a very bad experience. From the very first time she brought her Legacy GT to Shingle Springs Subaru, she's never looked back' The staff in the Service department are top notch! When it came time to retire the Legacy GT, we looked no further than Shingle Springs Subaru. If their service department is so easy going and joy to work with, what could go wrong? We were given the red carpet treatment and actually had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bryant McCarver (Executive General Manager) and what a gentleman Bryant is and so patience. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mike Stewart in sale's. He was very helpful and between Bryant and Mike my wife drove away happily in her new 2017 Impreza Sport. We would highly recommend Single Springs Subaru for a New or Used Car and did mentioned that their Service Department is top notch! More
