I was referred to Jackson auto East by someone I trust when I needed a vehicle after mine had been stolen. I’m always a bit reluctant to trust privately owned dealerships because back in the day, the repu when I needed a vehicle after mine had been stolen. I’m always a bit reluctant to trust privately owned dealerships because back in the day, the reputation was that they may sell you something that isn’t as high quality as the larger dealerships. Boy was I mistaken! They were determined, communicative, and consistent with regard to not just finding the right vehicle for me that would be reliable and trustworthy, but also the financing. Like many people these days, I have a few issues with my credit that made me concerned about obtaining financing. However, they were able to get the financing for me and I felt more than satisfied with my payment and I could not ask for a more reliable car to drive around for the next couple of years. That said, I highly recommend Jackson auto East if you are in the market for a used car. It is family owned, and everyone there is very friendly and trustworthy: two traits that are somewhat difficult to find in a car dealer! More

Gary, Pops and the crew were wonderful to work with. Honest, fair, and fast. We found two cars online we came in to test drive. They had both vehicles ready for us upon arrival.
