Don't let the smiles and fake "we are going to help you get into a car" facade. They will definitely get you into a car, but it probably had any service codes reset prior to driving and has wheels and rims get into a car" facade. I went into them in a vulnerable position - having just had a car's engine go out, just moving into a new apartment with a new job, which in order to keep I needed reliable transportation. I have now come to realize how dumb sharing that info with them was, as they convinced me that with my credit and lack of experience at said new job, this 2016 Ford Focus was my only option. I went in the next day after I bought it, stating there was a shake when you hit 55 mph and the clutch system or transmission was acting funny, oh! and the check engine light, that they probably reset before having me drive it, turned on. They gave me the run around for literal MONTHS about fixing it and said they would help, only to not return phone calls and spit out empty promises about helping. Now, I am going to be having my first child in a few months and have a vehicle I don't feel safe driving in, that was way more than I even wanted to pay for. The shake in my vehicle has gotten way worse, to the point where anyone who gets in my vehicle or drives it wants to pull over because they think my tires are going to fall off. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you are in a position like I was and are needing something reliable. There's no reason I should have to replace the clutch system in a car I haven't even had 6 months. They just want your money and aren't willing to help when they get caught being frauds. Buy at your own risk, I suppose! More
