I had some trepidation driving that distance just to be disappointed with the car. The car on the website appeared immaculate and the price was reasonable. So I called to make an appointment and spoke to Haig Avakian. When I arrive the vehicle was waiting at the front of the dealership. Haig was absolutely wonderful, extremely polite and more importantly I did not feel pressured. I test drove the car and was immediately impressed with the car. Afterwards we sat down and crunch the numbers and before you knew it I bought a 2015 BMW X5. Haig immediately addressed all the small issues (extra set of keys and mats) by the time I was ready to pick up the car. The staff were also wonderful. I was very impressed. I would easily recommend to anybody to drive the extra miles it was definitely worth the drive. More
