Working with Jon klempner was an absolute pleasure, from the moment we walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs and the perfect payment that I was looking for, along with the down payment, now in days with this higher interest rates it could be a bit difficult work on the numbers, he did it!!! He answered all of our questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked, he added all my applications that I need to use on my new Mercedes EQE sedan and explained patiently how to use it.
