Everything was great for the most part,Jon and Cody did a great job. Only complaints are , it was a over 4 hr process, which I understand in my situation it was hard deal to do,because of my credit, and Jon great job. Only complaints are , it was a over 4 hr process, which I understand in my situation it was hard deal to do,because of my credit, and Jon had offered me delivery the next day at my house ,which was again so nice that you do that for customers, very kind and amazing ,but it wasn’t delivered till a day later, so 2days later, and there was no communication to let me know what was going on in the interim , I had to have my friends reach out to see what was going on. I would have liked to have better communication even if it was to tell me they weren’t going to be able to deliver.And I missed work because of this.other than that it was overall a good experience More

I recently financed the vehicle through Tim’s Truck Capital and when I brought it to my personal mechanic, He noticed a few issues that needed to be addressed. I had a 30 day warranty that came with th Capital and when I brought it to my personal mechanic, He noticed a few issues that needed to be addressed. I had a 30 day warranty that came with the truck, but I was over by the mileage of 1000 miles. The first chance they had, I brought it up to Tim’s schedule an appointment with the service department and Amber scheduled me an appointment and within a few days I had all my problems fixed, and Tim’s Truck Capital took care of the bill. I am super happy with their service. I would highly recommend to my friends and family to make their next purchase from Tim’s Truck Capital . More
