Excellent service! It's a pleasure to have my car serviced at Toyota Knoxville. As soon as we drove up, Jon Mertz met us, and checked my car in for service. He took us It's a pleasure to have my car serviced at Toyota Knoxville. As soon as we drove up, Jon Mertz met us, and checked my car in for service. He took us to his office and explained what would be done and approximately how long it would take. He said it would take about an hour and a half, but he called us in just an hour. My car had been serviced and also washed and it was ready to go. Great Job! More
