Was met by John Mertz immediately after I drove in to Service Dept, Chose to wait on Had an appointment at 9 AM for 5000 mile service on 2014 Prius. Was met by John Mertz immediately after I drove in to Service Dept, Chose to wait on the car and was directed to service lounge. At 9:50, John came to advise me car was ready. Also had been sent a coupon via email for discount on cost of service. Always have exceptional experience with any employee I deal with! More

service visit Service was done in a timely manner and auto butler is great plus. There was no waiting and auto rental was a quick process.
