I loved how they didn't waste my time and were straight in addressing to my needs. Instead of marketing, they were keen to ask me questions about myself and my preferences! John Murphy is an asset! I love my 2021 Mazda CX-5 Touring. I had a wonderful experience! Jon is amazing! He did everything posible to get me the exact car I wanted and drove all the way out to Bakersfield just to make it happe experience! Jon is amazing! I’ve been admiring the CX-5 for months. Did a lot of research online for reviews etc, then I was convinced to go look in person and test drive. Jon was very relaxed and extremely helpful for me to get t research online for reviews etc, then I was convinced to go look in person and test drive. Jon was very relaxed and extremely helpful for me to get through all my questions and thoughts on deciding which trim level and color CX-5 I wanted to buy. I loved the no-pressure atmosphere, allowing me to take my time looking at all my options. From start to finish, Jon made the buying experience really easy, so I was glad to have him help me. Very friendly and considerate, overall a great experience, so thank you Jon for your guidance and help :-). It was a fun experience. Taylor in finance was also great, I feel I got all that I needed, so I’m very happy with my end product. I know I’ll love driving my CX-5 for many many years! Thank you both ! More

Awesome new car buying experience! I searched many Mazda dealers for a specific model / color combo for months. When I saw one in Elk Grove I contacted the dealership online, as I live hundreds of miles awa dealers for a specific model / color combo for months. When I saw one in Elk Grove I contacted the dealership online, as I live hundreds of miles away. Jon replied to me immediately and discussed my desired specs. I found the same vehicle at a few other dealerships, but Jon’s consistent communication, transparency about pricing and handling of the online sales experience was better than any car purchase I’ve ever made. I was anxious doing this online and he made everything incredibly easy! Even though I live very far away, I’d recommend this dealership, Jon and Taylor to anyone. Thank you so much for getting me on the road in my brand new, gorgeous Mazda CX-5!! More

It all started with a personalized introduction video of the car we were interested in looking at. Honestly, that intro video pulled us into considering a Mazda as we had always been a Honda/Nissan/Toyota f the car we were interested in looking at. Honestly, that intro video pulled us into considering a Mazda as we had always been a Honda/Nissan/Toyota family. Jon was super informative, friendly, and personable. We weren’t intending to buy on the same day, just test drive, but the overall experience was too good to not leave with a car right then and there. Also, Jon was genuinely kind and patient with our two little ones, and that meant a lot to us. Thank you, Jon! I really love my Mazda CX-5! More
